We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.

However, we don’t offer refunds.

•  Items eligible for exchange or store credit must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or store credit for the following:

•  Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

•  Products returned in non-resalable condition.

•  Pure perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

•  All sales are final for Creed and Bond No. 9 products.

• Without the original receipt, we can only issue store credit.
